To access various options within the Wii Shop Channel, point at Settings and Features on the main menu of the Wii Shop Channel and press . Here, you can link your Club Nintendo account, adjust gift settings, redeem a Wii Download Ticket, or remove your Wii Shop Channel account.

Linking Your Club Nintendo Account
Club Nintendo members can link their membership to their Wii Shop Channel account to automatically register Wii Shop Channel downloads to their Club Nintendo account. By linking your Club Nintendo username, you will be able to participate in a variety of activities, promotions, and programs. Please review the Wii Privacy Policy for more information on linking accounts.

*If you've forgotten your Club Nintendo username or password, please visit http://club.nintendo.com and use the Forgot Username or Password feature.

Unlinking Your Club Nintendo Account
You can unlink your Club Nintendo account from your Wii Shop Channel account at any time. By doing so, your Club Nintendo account will remain intact at club.nintendo.com. If you do unlink your Club Nintendo account, you can always relink it to your Wii Shop Channel account later.

Gift Settings
You can change the option for the Wii Shop Channel to automatically receive (Receive) or block (Don't Receive) all incoming gifts.

About Wii Download Tickets
Wii Download Tickets may be found packaged with select retail software, and they contain unique codes that allow you to download specific software titles. To redeem a Wii Download Ticket, go to the Wii Shop Channel main menu and select Settings and Features, then select Wii Download Ticket. From this screen, input your 16-digit Wii Download Ticket code and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

• Software can be downloaded to Wii system memory or an SD Card. If downloading to an SD Card, be sure to insert the SD Card into the Wii console’s SD Card slot beforehand.
• Be sure to enter your Wii Download Ticket code correctly. Remember, your Wii Download Ticket code is different from your Club Nintendo number.
• You can only download the software to the Wii console on which you entered the Wii Download Ticket code. You will not be able to download the software to another Wii console.
• Keep Wii Download Tickets in a safe place. They will not be replaced by Nintendo or your retailer if lost or stolen.
• Each Wii Download Ticket can be redeemed only once.

Removing Your Wii Shop Channel Account
If you remove your Wii Shop Channel account, all of your registered Wii Points will be deleted, and you will become unable to download any unclaimed gifts and lose the ability to redownload previously downloaded gifts or software for free.

If your Wii console is transferred to another person, your registered Wii Points and software that you have downloaded cannot be transferred, so your Wii Shop Channel account will first have to be removed.

Caution: Once your Wii Shop Channel account has been removed, you will not be able to recover it.
